Covid-19 Statement / Additional terms and conditions

We have recently completed our safety plan and attained the NSW government Covid Safe business certification. We regularly abide and update our policy to ensure we are in compliance with NSW government restrictions.

All our team members have been acknowledged by NSW government for successfully completion of online course COVID-19 awareness for food service.

COVID -19 Standards

All our staff have been trained on performing COVID-19 safe standards. We have implemented the following additional measure to ensure the safety of our clients, team members and suppliers.

  • Hand sanitizers be available to our guest, employees and suppliers.
  • Zero tolerance for staff to attend work if unwell.
  • Maintain 1.5 m social distancing in the premises, office and outdoor venues.
  • Mandatory wearing of masks if in personal contact with clients, suppliers or team members in the premises or at catering venues.
  • Additional sanitization to be carried out everyday multiple times in kitchen premises and office areas.
  • Sanitization to be carried out on delivery vehicles before and after use.
  • Visible display of C0VID -19 safety measure posters in the premises and notice board.

Payments And Cancellations

  • We require the final numbers 5 working days prior to the event date. In case of any changes in government legislations to guest numbers, you can increase or decrease the numbers 2 working days prior to the event date.
  • In case of any cancellations due to COVID -19, we will refund or move the event to another date if cancelled 2 working days prior to the event.
  • In case cancelled less than 2 working days prior to the event, will incur a 50% charge of the final invoice. This is to cover our food and staff costs. Thank you for understanding.
