Notice

Orders are accepted until 3:00 PM on the previous business day. We will accommodate last minute orders whenever possible, however, selection and availability may be limited. Online orders are accepted two business days in advance.

Guest count guarantee

A guest count guarantee is due 48 hours prior to delivery time. For larger events, we will do our best to accommodate increases however certain items are subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice as possible. Cancellations can be made no later than 24 hours prior to the delivery time. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the delivery time will be charged in full, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.

Minimums

All menu items are prepared and priced for a minimum of 15 guests unless otherwise indicated. Please contact an Account Executive if your event requires a customized menu.

Presentation

Unless otherwise arranged, orders are sent on disposable platters, container and baskets. Items served warm, will be sent in disposable containers and/or chafing dishes.

Hours

Account Executives are available from 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Delivery and set-up

We deliver between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and weekends by appointment, serving Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs. A $15.00 flat fee applies to deliveries in CBD area and other delivery charges to locations outside of the Sydney are priced per kilometre. Out of hours, weekend and/or public holiday deliveries include surcharges fee. Please contact customer representative for details.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All events must be paid in full prior to the delivery unless an approved corporate account has been established. Please contact us to obtain an account application.

Allergies

Our menu items may contain ingredients that guests may be allergic to. Please advise us in advance if you or your guests have any food allergies. We will work with you to reduce the known allergy-causing ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that all the food we prepare will be free from allergy causing ingredients. We will not be liable for any illness, including a fatality, to persons which results from an allergic reaction to any of the food we provide or arrange to have provided.
